Seizing the moment ... that's what I did last night and I'm so glad I did. You know how it is as a mom - there's always a TON of things we COULD and SHOULD be doing. Earlier in the week Kate and I decided that we wanted to go see the "High School Musical Jr." play put on by the Intermediate school. Then yesterday, I almost cancelled - grouchy kids, I was tired, we were getting ready for company to come, etc., etc. But I decided Kate and I really needed this night out - just the two of us. So, off we went!
Afterwards we decided to get a treat and yes, I even suggested that we eat inside. Normally I'd say, "We've got to get home. It's past your bedtime." But I didn't. What can I say? I'm trying.
Thanks for a fun night sis! You were a great date and I loved laughing and being silly with you. I hope we'll always be close and that you'll always remember how much I love you!

Mom I wanted you to know how much I love you. I know I'm sassy to you alot I wanted you to know that I am tring to be more like you. I have so much fun with you on our dates.
